The Boardinghouse

The 1/2/sleep Boardinghouse Unterschleissheim Centre is set over four floors and offers 58 practical single, double and multi-bed rooms for temporary accommodation. The rooms in the Boardinghouse are ideal for accommodating individuals as well as larger groups.

All rooms in the boarding house are fully equipped. This includes spacious wooden wardrobes, wooden beds, sideboards, and desks. In addition, our rooms feature small refrigerators, luggage racks, and a private bathroom.

A laundry room is available for washing and drying clothes. Extra beds or cribs are also available upon request. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building (not suitable for streaming),

There are 22 free parking spaces in front of the boarding house, one accessible parking space, and two small parking spots.

Please note that our boarding house is for adults only and pets are not allowed.

Location

"Unterschleißheim" S-Bahn station is just a few minutes walk from the Boardinghouse. From there you can take the S1 to the airport or to Freising.

By car, the Boardinghouse can be reached via the A92 motorway or the B13 main road. It is located in the north of Munich, about 20km from the city centre and Munich central station. The drive takes about 30 minutes. Munich airport is about 20km away and can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car.
