The Boardinghouse
The 1/2/sleep Boardinghouse Riemerling has four floors and a total of 32 rooms. The rooms are divided into flats and apartments of different categories to meet different accommodation needs.

All rooms have bunk beds, wardrobes, seating and a fridge.
Shared bathrooms and kitchens are available for all guests.
16x 2 bed rooms (apartment style)
These rooms have single beds, wardrobes, seating and a fridge. They also have their own bathroom and kitchenette.
1x 3-room penthouse apartment approx. 100m²
The apartment has up to10 beds, a lounge with kitchenette, seating area, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. There is also a private roof terrace.
Furnishing
The boarding house consists of two sections, each offering rooms with different amenities. The right section of the building features dorm-style rooms that are approximately 20 m² in size and equipped with bunk beds, metal lockers, seating, and a refrigerator. Some rooms have a balcony, with the exception of those on the ground floor. Guests staying in these rooms share common bathrooms and a kitchen.
In the left section of the building, all rooms are apartment-style and are also 20 m² in size. These rooms feature single beds, a wooden wardrobe, a kitchenette, a seating area, and a private bathroom, making them ideal for guests who desire more privacy. Most of these rooms also have a balcony.
General amenities include Wi-Fi (for a fee; not suitable for streaming) and a laundry and drying room available to all guests.
Parking spaces are available in front of the boarding house.

Location
The Boardinghouse can be reached by public transport and is located in the south east of Munich, just outside the city, directly on the A99 motorway.
From Munich central station take the S7 (direction Kreuzstraße) to the "Ottobrunn" stop, then take the 214 bus to the "Riemerling, Altenheim" stop. From there it is a 5 minute walk.
The city centre and Munich central station are 30km away and can be reached by car in about 35 minutes.
The Munich Trade Fair Centre is 20 km away and therefore a 20-25 minutes drive.
Munich Airport is 50 km away and can be reached in about 40 minutes by car.
